Job summary

Pavilion on Main Street is seeking an Administrator to join their team. The Administrator acts as the director of the facility and representative in the community and is ultimately responsible for overall facility management, profitability, patient care and business decisions in all aspects related to operations.

This leadership role requires excellent time and stress management, a calm professional demeanor, and a deep understanding of clinical and business aspects of running a Skilled Nursing

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience as a leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop direct reports, modeling leadership and professionalism.
• Manage day-to-day operations and budget alignment.
• Participate in development of facility annual budget and long-term goals.
• Oversee census development, AR management, and NOI maximization.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to follow resident care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement a sound business plan with ROI focus.
• Review payroll and time records.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and safety programs.
• Oversee HR issues and employee relations.
