Job summary

Path Robotics is hiring a Facilities Associate to maintain clean, stocked and smoothly running office and warehouse spaces across multiple locations, including Columbus. You will handle break rooms, restrooms, inventory, desk resets, event setup, and basic maintenance tasks with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, janitorial, hospitality, workplace operations or a similar hands-on role preferred.
• High standards for cleanliness and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse and office environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep break rooms, coffee bars, kitchenettes and conference rooms clean, organized and stocked with snacks, beverages and supplies.
• Clean and restock restrooms daily and maintain sanitation standards across office and warehouse-adjacent spaces, including air purifier upkeep.
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies, snacks, beverages and facility consumables, and coordinate with vendors to keep spaces stocked.
• Clean and reset desks and workstations for new hires and team moves.
• Set up, run and clean up company lunches, all-hands meetings and events for up to 150 people, including furniture, equipment, signage and catering areas.
• Respond to day-to-day issues such as spills, leaks and restroom outages, and elevate larger maintenance concerns
• Handle small projects like hanging items, assembling furniture and moving equipment
