Job summary

Path Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Associate to keep our office and warehouse spaces clean, stocked and running smoothly across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who is proactive, dependable and detail-oriented.

You will set up lunches and events, coordinate vendors, manage supplies, and respond to day-to-day issues. The ideal candidate has experience in facilities or related fields and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, janitorial, hospitality, workplace operations or a similar hands-on role.
• High standards for cleanliness and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Keep break rooms, coffee bars, kitchenettes and conference rooms clean, organized and stocked with snacks, beverages and supplies.
• Clean and restock restrooms daily and maintain sanitation standards across office and warehouse spaces.
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies, snacks, beverages and facility consumables, and coordinate with vendors to keep spaces stocked.
• Clean and reset desks and workstations for new hires and team moves.
• Set up, run and clean up company lunches, all-hands meetings and events for up to 150 people, including furniture, equipment, signage and catering areas.
• Respond to day-to-day issues such as spills, leaks and restroom outages, and elevate larger maintenance concerns.
