Job summary

Path Robotics is looking for a Facilities Associate to keep our office and warehouse spaces clean, stocked, and running smoothly across multiple Columbus locations. This hands-on role rewards proactive, dependable team members who notice what needs attention before others do.

You will manage break rooms, restrooms, inventory, and vendor coordination, and help set up company lunches and events for up to 150 people. A detail-oriented, service-minded attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, janitorial, hospitality, or similar hands-on operations.
• High cleanliness standards and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable in an active office and warehouse setting.
• Nice to have: startup or manufacturing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Keep break rooms and conference spaces stocked and tidy.
• Clean restrooms daily and maintain sanitation standards.

• Prepare desks and workstations for new hires and moves.

We are looking for a Facilities Associate to keep our office and warehouse spaces clean, stocked and running smoothly for employees and guests across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who is proactive, dependable and detail-oriented, and who notices what needs attention before others do.

What You’ll Do

• Keep break rooms, coffee bars, kitchenettes and conference rooms clean, organized and stocked with snacks, beverages and supplies
• Clean and restock restrooms daily and maintain sanitation standards across office and warehouse-adjacent spaces, including air purifier upkeep
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies, snacks, beverages and facility consumables, and coordinate with vendors to keep spaces stocked
• Clean and reset desks and workstations for new hires and team moves
• Set up, run and clean up company lunches, all-hands meetings and events for up to 150 people, including furniture, equipment, signage and catering areas
• Respond to day-to-day issues such as spills, leaks and restroom outages, and escape larger maintenance concerns
• Handle small projects like hanging items, assembling furniture and moving equipment

Who You Are

• Experience in facilities, janitorial, hospitality, workplace operations or a similar hands-on role preferred
• High standards for cleanliness and strong attention to detail
• Reliable, organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Positive, service-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse and office environment
• Nice to have: experience in a manufacturing or startup environment, basic handyman skills, or coordinating vendors and food service partners
