Job summary

Path Robotics in Columbus, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to keep machine and fabrication shops stocked and running smoothly. This hands-on role rewards proactive, detail-oriented individuals who can move parts, load large fabrications, and stage raw materials with prints to ensure steady workflow.

You’ll support shop operations, clean/paint parts per print, and assist with loading, unloading, and secondary tasks on machined parts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, machine and fab shops.
• High standards for and a strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse and office environment.
• Nice to have: ability to run machine shop equipment, welding, forklift operation, overhead crane operation, familiarity with machine shop tooling, blueprint reading, experience with manufacturing software (ShopTrak, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Support day to day activities for the Machine shop and fabrication shops.
• Move parts from department to department
• Clean and paint finished parts per print
• Assist in loading and unloading of large fabrications within our welding cells.
• Complete secondary tasks on machined parts.
• Stage raw material with prints to ensure constant work flow
• Fit and tack coupons ( T-joints, up coupons)
• Assist in shop clean -up, monitor coolant levels in all machines.
