Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Operations Associate for our Boca Raton, FL office. The role is onsite five days a week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional weekend or evening shifts as needed.

You will perform custodial tasks and support event setup, working with Facilities, Workplace, and Operations to ensure a clean, organized, and secure environment. Immediate start with full-time hours in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks during shift.
• Detail-oriented with inventory of supplies.
• Strong attention to detail with cleanliness and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to adjust to schedule/requirement changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, restocking supplies.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
• Work with Facilities, Workplace, and Operations to meet office needs.
• Respond to tickets and requests from other departments.
• Read chemical SDS (SAFETY DATA SHEET).
• Other duties as assigned.
