Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer occupancy experience requests through a helpdesk.
• Support vendor selection and bid processes.
• Act as a liaison between service providers and facilities management.
• Prepare performance dashboards and reports.
• Support building life cycle projects and space allocations.
