Job summary

Charter Communications seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Workplace and Facilities Management to drive end-to-end operational excellence across a large, complex portfolio, delivering seamless facility experiences and reliable systems.

You will lead strategic plans, manage budgets, lifecycle safety programs, and real estate optimization while mentoring a high-performing team and partnering with internal stakeholders to elevate occupancy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 12+ years of commercial real estate facilities or property management experience.
• 10+ years managing large, complex real estate portfolios including office and multi-use properties.
• 7+ years management or supervisory experience.
• Cross-functional commercial real estate discipline experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic operational plans for building and property maintenance.
• Forecast, plan and implement property reinvestment strategies to meet performance, safety and reliability needs.
• Lead best-in-class facilities management practices and manage budgets to optimize occupancy outcomes.
• Develop and oversee life safety and emergency preparedness programs.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver occupancy solutions and portfolio planning.
• Guide and inspire a high-performing facilities management team and monitor performance.
• Apply KPIs and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement and reliability.
• Lead sourcing strategies and best practices across Spectrum real estate portfolio.
