What you will do here
The Director of Regional Maintenance and Facilities is responsible for leading and standardizing maintenance and facility management operations across a multi‑site manufacturing network. This role ensures the safety, reliability, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure while driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and workforce capability development. The position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and HR to deliver high‑performing, safe, and sustainable maintenance operations that maximize uptime, efficiency, and productivity.
