Job summary

The McLean Hospital Corporation, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks a skilled facilities technician to install, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in our on-site facility.

This full-time role requires independent work, 3-5 years of maintenance experience, and the ability to coordinate with contractors. Competitive benefits start day one and weekly pay. Shift covers Wed-Fri & Sat-Sun mornings.

Qualifications

• Education preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the facility.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair utility systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed on utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor utility systems performance and identify upgrade opportunities.
