Job summary

The McLean Hospital Corporation is seeking a full-time Utilities Technician to install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems at our facility. This onsite role follows a Wed-Fri 7am-3:30pm schedule and Sat-Sun 8am-4pm, supporting essential operations across Mass General Brigham.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of outage-free facilities experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read technical drawings; benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience maintaining utility systems in a facility setting.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the facility.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and comply with safety regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
