Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain facility utility systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility and utility system failures.
• Perform routine inspections of buildings and systems.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
