Job summary

inWACO is seeking a skilled campus maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across the college facilities. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires a High School Diploma or GED, plus at least one year of experience and a valid driver’s license.

This is a security-sensitive position with background checks. Health insurance, retirement, sick leave, vacation and holidays are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of work experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Special Requirement: Valid driver’s license; insurable under college policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs of campus facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment; document work orders.
