This full-time role requires 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance and a high school diploma. Key responsibilities include monitoring utilities, performing maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in facilities, utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or industrial building maintenance.
• Working knowledge of building systems, utility infrastructure, and safety regulations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and maintain facility utility systems including electrical distribution and HVAC.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility and utility system failures.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Document all work orders, inspections, and repairs.
