Job summary

Haleon is seeking a managerial professional to lead the execution of the assigned Capital Portfolio Management, coordinating multi-disciplinary projects from concept through close-out while ensuring adherence to site processes, safety, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines. This role requires strong engineering judgment and ability to drive cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Experience in facilities and utilities construction management.
• More than eight years of capital project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplined projects from inception to completion, supporting site operations.
• Coordinate information across the project team to facilitate execution.
• Prepare routine project status reports.
• Apply engineering principles to project and support work.
• Identify technical problems and develop solutions.
• Incorporate cGMP and regulatory requirements into project scopes and construction activities.
• Promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.
• Review contractor bids, submittals and change requests.
• Develop project design documents and manage external A&E collaboration.
