Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking a managerial professional to lead the execution of assigned Capital Portfolio Management projects at our site.

You will drive from concept to close-out, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and aligning with site processes and regulatory guidelines. The role requires oversight of design, cost estimates, schedules, and supplier contracts, applying cGMP and safety standards, and delivering results that meet Haleon’s policies and global regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• More than four (4) years of experience in capital project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and business needs.
• Coordinate information across the project team and prepare routine status reports.
• Apply engineering principles to design and project work; identify problems and develop solutions.
• Coordinate and review designs with outside A&E firms and manage progress.
• Prepare project estimates, manage cost forecasts, and oversee contracts and procurement.
