Job summary

Walt Disney Parks and Lodges U.S., Inc. in Raleigh is seeking a Manager to oversee the Facilities and Operations Services (FOS) education delivery crew at the Disneyland Resort.

You will model safe behaviors, lead training development, and coordinate education operations to boost performance and ensure clear role accountability. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in training or engineering and at least four years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Four or more years leading a leadership team.
• Strategic thinking with change management experience.
• Technical skills for education problem solving.
• Experience with Disney facilities/ops systems.
• Ability to translate requirements into plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, LMS.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Occasional evening/overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Model safe behaviors and inspire team members.
• Increase strategic plans and goals for crew to optimize performance.
• Schedule, monitor, and report training content and curricula for the FOS corporation.
• Coach performance and track metrics; promote a results-oriented approach.
• Oversee activities through tracking, communication, and issue resolution.
• Develop an annual budget, negotiate contracts, and manage financials.
• Analyze employee satisfaction and recommend improvements.
• Lead process automation to increase efficiency.
• Provide guidance for new growth tasks and special initiatives.
• Establish a three-year refresh cycle for essential activity plans.
• Maintain relationships with FOS partners, unions, and vendors.
