Job summary

Disney is seeking a Project Manager to support planning and developing new work standards, plans, safety standards and models for the food & beverage operations. The role involves gathering information from partners, guiding projects through to implementation, and integrating safety, technology and service into dining experiences.

You will report to the Executive Director and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure guest experience continuity and high visibility initiatives across Disney Food

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Disney food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate and communicate effectively.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Disney Food & Beverage standards to develop services and training.
• Collaborate with safety teams to translate and integrate safety standards.
• Lead development of service models and customer-focused improvements.
• Engage stakeholders across security, finance, operations and legal to align priorities.
• Promote change management and maintain policy adherence in operations.
