Job summary

You will steer lease negotiations, drive new business development, and manage critical partner contracts with internal Disney teams. The role demands a minimum of 10+ years in leadership, 5+ years in contracting, and a proven ability to structure financial terms and trusted stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive leadership experience in relevant businesses.
• 5+ years contracting, negotiating and business development experience.
• Strong track record in fact-based negotiations or equivalent contract experience.
• Proven ability to establish relationships, trust and credibility internally and externally.
• Ability to analyze deal terms to create a financial model of the agreement.

Responsibilities

• Lease management: develop negotiation and deal term strategy for renewals of retail, restaurant, and hotel leases; review side agreements and forecast tenant revenues.
• New business development: negotiate large, complex contracts with new or existing Operating Participants and evaluate tenant mix.
• Account management: ensure contract compliance with third-party operators and coordinate with operations, legal, finance and other teams.
• Guest/client satisfaction: nurture relationships across Disneyland Resort and with TWDC partners to drive guest experiences.
• Department leadership: oversee development of operating guidelines and build alliances with stakeholders across the organization.
