Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Manager, Facilities Training to support rollout of Certified Trade Skills (CTS) programs, lead workshops, and develop materials for technicians across facilities teams.

You will coordinate manufacturer-led trainings, integrate content with CMMS and reporting tools, and help onboard staff, driving improvements in training effectiveness and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and delivering training content.
• Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of Facilities Training strategy and programs.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for technician development and certification.
• Coordinate manufacturer-led training sessions and align with internal standards.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including digital content and facilitator guides.
• Assist in onboarding and upskilling technicians, including those transitioning from operations.
