Bloom Energy is seeking a Facilities Technology Leader in San Jose, CA to head operation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems in a high‑tech environment. The role reports to the VP, Global Facilities and is fully on‑site five days a week.

You will apply preventive maintenance programs, drive energy efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor engineers and technicians while coordinating with cross‑functional partners.

Competenze

• 10+ years of facilities engineering, technical operations, or critical infrastructure management.
• Semiconductor, industrial, R&D, or high‑tech facility experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to accommodate 25% travel.

Mansioni

• Lead operation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems.
• Develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs for reliability and uptime.
• Oversee inspection and maintenance of Fire Life Safety Systems.
• Manage facilities projects including equipment installations, upgrades, and building modifications.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and commissioning with cross‑functional partners.
• Manage vendors and contractors with SLAs, KPIs, and performance oversight.
