Job summary

Providence Gorge Service Area Housing is seeking a hands-on maintenance caregiver to maintain, inspect and repair cold and hot water distribution systems, fixtures, sewer and mechanical equipment in our Senior Village complex.

You will perform minor remodeling and painting, floor care and apartment turnover, assist with irrigation, and participate in safety and security initiatives to support residents with compassion and respect.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state driving laws and provide proof of license and insurance if requested.
• Graduate of trade school or technical courses in plumbing, air conditioning or heating.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect and repair cold/hot water distribution systems, fixtures, sewer systems and mechanical equipment.
• Perform minor remodeling, painting, floor care and apartment turnover.
• Assist in irrigation care and participate in safety and security committees.
