Providence Gorge Service Area Housing in Hood River, Oregon seeks a dedicated maintenance technician to maintain, inspect and repair water, sewer, and fire safety systems, perform minor remodeling and repair tasks, and assist with resident moves in the Senior Village community.

You will join a team focused on reliable facility operations, safety, and resident well-being, with opportunities to contribute to special projects and irrigation care within a patient-centered health environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and provide license/insurance upon request.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect and repair water, sewer, and fire safety systems.
• Perform minor remodeling, painting and repairs; floor care and apartment turnover.
• Assist with special projects and resident property moves within the Senior Village.
