Job summary

The Chimes, Inc. in Baltimore is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform daily, hands-on facilities work on a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) onsite.

The role includes carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to keep our facilities safe and functional. You should have at least 4 years of facilities experience, ability to read manuals and blueprints, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance/facilities experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair instructions.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures.
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests.
• Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly.
• Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep.
