Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on site, including carpentry, drywall, and painting, with a consistent weekday schedule. You will repair appliances, tile, and fixtures, and handle work orders while identifying safety hazards to ensure a safe facility environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
