Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Facilities/Maintenance Technician for a Monday–Friday day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), onsite, to keep our buildings safe and reliable. You’ll perform general maintenance and repairs to support our mission-driven nonprofit.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in facilities, can read manuals and blueprints, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and HVAC, and handle carpentry and repairs. We offer a stable schedule, full benefits, and opportunities to grow with our team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/facilities experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and repair work.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance & repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting).
• Repair appliances, tile, and fixtures.
• Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests.
• Identify and resolve safety hazards quickly.
• Assist with supplies, materials, and facility upkeep.
