Job summary

Mary's Woods is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facility Services team in Lake Oswego, OR. You will respond to resident work requests and balance preventive maintenance to keep buildings and grounds safe and welcoming for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include interior/exterior repairs, minor carpentry, and assisting with fire alarm, generator, and HVAC testing. We value teamwork and positive relations with staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of facility maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work requests and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Repair interior and exterior surfaces, buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Assist in testing fire alarm, generator, HVAC, and other systems.
• Move appliances, furniture and items to facilitate repairs and maintenance.
• Perform minor carpentry on interior wood products and flooring.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance checks of buildings and grounds.
