The Renovation Technician is responsible for performing renovation, remodeling, repair, and improvement projects throughout the senior living community. This position helps maintain attractive, safe, and functional apartments and common areas for residents, visitors, and staff. The Renovation Technician completes unit turns, carpentry, painting, flooring, drywall repair, and other construction-related tasks while ensuring compliance with safety standards and resident-centered service expectations. As a Renovation Technician at Mary's Woods, you will be contributing to creating a beautiful community for residents and their guests to enjoy. You must be able to relate positively and favorably to staff, residents, and families, and enjoy working on a team.
