You will perform preventative maintenance, monitor amenities for safety and cleanliness, and assist with grounds, events, and member services.Weekend shifts and strong teamwork are expected in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months or more of facilities or property maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance tasks.
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Monitor amenities and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Assist with pools, landscaping, events, and meetings setup.
• Maintain records and respond to requests promptly.
