Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years property maintenance experience.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to walk, lift heavy items, and perform tasks.
• Ability to work with supervisors, residents, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance-related and capital improvement activities.
• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Respond to work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing and basic electrical.
