Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to join our Montgomery team. You will manage maintenance tasks under the Community Director and work to keep our properties safe, functional, and well maintained.

The role requires hands-on skills, ability to lift, HVAC knowledge, and a commitment to quality. Applicants should have 3+ years of property maintenance experience and own tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years property maintenance experience.
• Owns necessary tools.
• Must have valid Driver's License (preferred).
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance-related and capital improvement activities with Directors for the assigned property.
• Inspect, schedule, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment as directed.
• Interact professionally with residents, vendors, and co-workers to resolve issues.
• Satisfy work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant apartments to prepare for new move-ins.
