Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC in Dundalk, MD is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to support Center Place Apartments, a senior living community. You will perform maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and ensure safety, sanitation, and resident comfort.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years property maintenance experience, own tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work physically around the property (stairs, lifting).

• Ability to communicate with directors, residents, vendors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and capital improvement tasks under supervision.
• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in make-ready of vacant apartments for new move-ins.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electricity, plumbing, and carpentry.
