Qualifications

• 5-7 years related facilities experience or training.
• Forklift certification required.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Overnight travel up to 25%.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing.

Responsabilités

• Maintain facilities and equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair facility systems (lighting, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct safety and facilities audits.
• Assist in special projects like relocations and fixture changes.
• Communicate with store leadership and Support Center.
