Job summary

Silver Tree Residential is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to join our growing team in Goldsboro, NC. The role involves maintaining the apartment community, performing make-ready tasks, and ensuring upkeep of common areas and facilities.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years property maintenance experience.
• Essential that the Facilities Technician reports to work at regularly scheduled hours.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Observe the condition of the property and perform maintenance/repair/improvement as directed.
• Interior painting of resident units as part of make-ready process or for repairs.
• Report to the Community Director and/or Facilities Director on work assignments and maintenance issues.
• Maintain inventory of parts and order replacements on a regular schedule.
• Maintain a clean, secure workshop and ensure safety and proper documentation.
