Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician to join our growing team in Houston, TX. You will perform maintenance tasks, inspect equipment, and respond to work orders to uphold our high standards of safety and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years property maintenance experience.
• Must have own tools and a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to walk the property, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance-related and capital improvement activities with Directors.
• Inspect, schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Handle work orders promptly and coordinate with residents, vendors and staff.
• Assist in make-ready processes for vacant apartments.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC systems, appliances, and basic electrical/plumbing tasks.
