Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 – 6 years of related facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience in semiconductor fab environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on facility systems to maximize uptime.
• Monitor and troubleshoot wastewater treatment and DI water systems.
• Support cleanroom performance according to Manufacturing and Facilities specs.
• Utilize Building Automation System (BAS) to monitor equipment and correct malfunctions.
• Perform maintenance on building HVAC and plumbing systems and read technical drawings.
• Serve on the emergency response team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle hazardous and universal waste per regulations and company policies.
• Complete Facilities Work Orders and work safely in FAB and laboratory environments.
