Simpson Race Products, part of Holley Performance Brands, is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician in New Braunfels, TX. This hands-on role supports a safe, clean, and reliable manufacturing environment through routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and safety tasks.

You will work under Operations, Engineering, or EHS leadership, following established procedures and reporting needs for more complex work.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Up to two years of experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, warehousing, manufacturing, groundskeeping, or similar hands-on environments is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Complete assigned work orders and routine preventive maintenance using established instructions and checklists.
• Perform basic repairs, including replacing filters, light bulbs, hardware, ceiling tiles, and other approved facility components.
• Inspect doors, fixtures, flooring, walls, drains, lighting, and common areas for damage or unsafe conditions.
• Safely use basic hand and power tools within training limits and authorization.
• Assist maintenance technicians with equipment moves, repairs, installations, and shutdown activities.
• Keep maintenance rooms and workspaces organized and free of hazards.
• Support grounds maintenance, spill response, waste handling, and material-moving tasks when assigned.
