Holley Performance Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician in New Braunfels, TX to inspect materials, in-process and finished products, and document quality concerns. You will work with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to prevent defects and improve processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, in-process, final, and first-piece inspections, using measurement tools, and participating in corrective actions.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using inspection and measurement equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and quality or manufacturing software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document product defects accurately.
• Clear communication and ability to work with production personnel and other departments.

Mansioni

• Perform receiving, in-process, final, and first-piece inspections according to drawings, specs, work instructions, and inspection plans.
• Verify dimensions, appearance, workmanship, labeling, and packaging of components and finished products.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales, and other measurement equipment to evaluate quality.
• Identify and communicate abnormalities before nonconforming material reaches the next operation or customer.
• Document nonconforming materials and maintain defect and traceability records.
• Support disposition activities including rework, use-as-is, returns, and scrap as directed.
• Assist PFMEA and Control Plan implementation by contributing defect information.
• Participate in Kaizen and audits focused on quality, waste reduction, and process stability.
