Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using inspection and measurement equipment.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and quality or manufacturing software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize and accurately document product defects.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with production personnel and other departments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• A commitment to accurate inspections, timely escalation of concerns, and customer-focused quality.

Responsabilités

• Perform receiving, in-process, final, and first-piece inspections according to drawings and plans.
• Verify dimensions, appearance, workmanship, labeling, and packaging of components and finished products.
• Use measurement equipment to evaluate product quality and document issues.
• Identify and communicate abnormalities before nonconforming material reaches the next operation or customer.
• Support disposition activities and containment of nonconforming material.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to address quality concerns and improve processes.
• Assist in PFMEA and Control Plan implementations and participate in Kaizen and audits.
