Job summary

Kemba Credit Union is seeking a part-time Facilities Technician to maintain lease spaces, buildings, and grounds. You will perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and coordinate with outside vendors. This role requires flexible 3×8-hour shifts weekly and on-call emergency coverage.

You will travel frequently to branches across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, ensuring safety standards and ADA/OSHA compliance while supporting new branch setups and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Education options include two-year college degree or a specialized certification or vendor training.
• Driver's license is required and must be valid/unexpired.
• Experience ranges from one to three years in maintenance with financial-institution equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain lease spaces, building systems, and grounds.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate outside vendors and service personnel.
• Document inspections, test results, and safety logs.
• Travel to branches within the Kemba network to address maintenance requests.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and schedule preventive maintenance.
