Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of moderately difficult technical building facilities and grounds work.
• Coordinate or perform maintenance of parking lots/ramps, pedestrian facilities, and lawns with available equipment.
• Maintain building mechanical, structural, painting, and housekeeping systems.
• Coordinate safety procedures and assist with supervising part-time/contract staff.
