Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Facilities & Operations Logistics Specialist to oversee day-to-day site operations, equipment dispatch, bookings, vendor management, and inventory tracking. You will support safety compliance and pre-move setups while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

This role emphasizes hands-on facilities work and high-velocity logistics to ensure a safe, efficient environment across our US locations, including San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Facilities experience: 1+ year in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Labor/service experience: 1+ year in customer service or field logistics.
• Education: High School Diploma; preferred training in facilities management or related technical area.

Responsibilities

• Perform facilities maintenance and repairs per procedures.
• Inspect safety systems and ensure compliance.
• Set up and break down event equipment.
• Manage site bookings and vendor communications.
• Track inventory and pre-move equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors during renovations.
