Job summary

AAR Corp. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Lake City, FL to perform duties related to maintenance, repair and monitoring of the plant and grounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and upkeep of plant grounds and equipment.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
• Manage maintenance and upkeep of plant grounds and equipment.
• Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers and safety equipment.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on Fire Pumps and Emergency Generators.
• Assist in basic remodeling and construction projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
