APIS MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities running smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, inspect for damage, and document service history.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a growing company. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to respond to maintenance requests during nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure efficiency and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect the building for structural damage and repair windows, doors, and walls.
• Keep records of completed repairs and service dates.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance to prevent safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as required.
