Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Experience using CMMS for work orders.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains machinery and equipment by performing preventive maintenance and repairs as per manuals and specs.
• Performs general maintenance such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Responds to service requests and schedules repairs.
• Custodial maintenance and moving furniture as needed.
• Operates power tools and maintains inventory of supplies.
• Oversees contractor work for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical jobs.
• Maintains safe, clean, and orderly work environment per regulations.
• Assists with safety and facilities needs for infrastructure projects.
