Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4–6 years' experience in preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
• Proficient with semiconductor processes and cleanroom controls.
• Familiar with vacuum systems.
• Good computer, written and oral skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Willing to work some weekends, alternating coverage with other maintenance techs.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on fab/plating area tool sets, including disassembly/assembly/repair.
• Identify needed parts for repairs / preventive maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance as instructed by the CMMS.
• Complete work orders in the CMMS within the specified time.
• Keep work area clean and presentable while performing tasks.
• Lock/Out Tag Out of equipment as required.
• Perform coolant tank cleaning and chemical handling.
• Maintain logs of maintenance and repairs in the online system.
• Ensure facility maintenance requirements are met and address related issues.
• Stay informed on ADA, OSHA, fire codes, and hazardous material management.
• Conduct environmental monitoring including particle counts and HEPA measurements.
• Direct and coach junior technicians.
• Triage and submit work orders.
