Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of education and/or training in maintenance or a related area.
• Experience recognizing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service requests and minor repairs are made in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance functions including minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Maintain equipment and monitor inventory.
• Operate snow removal equipment.
