Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, military maintenance training, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated multi-craft proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency using CMMS systems and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to lead technical projects and mentor maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system failures.
• Lead equipment recovery efforts during critical breakdowns and production interruptions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and diagnostic equipment.
• Execute predictive maintenance activities, including vibration analysis, motor testing, alignment, balancing, and condition monitoring.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurring equipment failures.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
• Mentor and train Maintenance Technician II and Maintenance Technician III.
• Identify and implement reliability improvements that reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Complete and document maintenance activities within the CMMS.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, food safety, and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
