Job summary

Titan Asset Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, proactive care of our properties and building systems in Minnesota. The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and groundskeeping, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years' facilities experience, strong tool knowledge, valid Minnesota license, and the ability to work independently while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow safety protocols and work orders.
• Valid Minnesota driver's license and background check clearance.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute preventative maintenance programs for all building systems.
• Perform routine and emergency repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other systems.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, clean coils, replace filters and adjust controls.
• Complete standard electrical tasks such as replacing light fixtures, switches and outlets.
• Address plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water line repairs.
• Perform minor carpentry and finish work including drywall repair and painting.
• Assist with water treatment systems and kitchen equipment repairs.
• Snow removal, lawn care and groundskeeping to maintain curb appeal.
• Maintain records of work performed and respond to on-call needs.
