Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. This role sits within the Engineering and Technical Services function and supports facilities management and project work.

You will conduct routine inspections, assist with equipment installations, review work orders, and help ensure energy-efficient operations. Strong MS Office skills and physical capability are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; basic MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials for repairs; track completion.
• Support energy management by keeping building systems efficient.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and safety; report violations.
